Small holiday apartments set in a land-house in the Tuscan countryside.
Far away from other estates, “La Bufalaia” fits for those who love nature and silence.
“La Bufalaia” consists of the land-house and the barn. The front and back part of the house as well as the barn are the owners' dwelling. The twin holiday apartments occupy the central part of the house. “Il Pratino” is on the ground, “Il Tramonto” on the first floor. Both apartments have their own parking area and entrance from the rear.
The twin two-rooms apartments are free all year around and can be rented per week or per week-end; they are comfortable and well equipped.
They consist of:
- Kitchenette
- Large living and dining-room
- Double bedroom
- Bathroom with shower
The living room has also a double sofa-bed

High season (July-August): € 450,00
Mid season (May-June-September-Christmas-Easter): € 380,00
Low season (January-February-March-April-October-November-December): € 275,00
The reported prices include: house-linen, visitors tax, parking.
Not included: final apartment cleaning €25,00, (additional charge of €10,00 per person in case of more than 2 persons); heating.
A caution of 30% of the cost of the stay must be paid at the moment of booking
and won't be returned in case of cancellation.
